Three Projects Honored at Best Real Estate Projects of the Year 2023

Project teams from our Sacramento and Roseville offices attended the Sacramento Business Journal’s Best Real Estate Projects of the Year 2023 awards yesterday. The event honors the highest-impact real estate projects of the past 12 months and the developers, general contractors, and architects who are playing a critical role in the region’s growth.

We are honored to share that three Williams + Paddon | 19six projects received awards:

Best Smart Growth/Green Building Award – Sonrisa

Developer: Capitol Area Development Authority (CADA)
Contractor: Tricorp Group

The 58 micro-studio units were designed as compact high-qualitative studio spaces efficiently providing a livable 267 SF. It was an honor to design innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable living environments for our neighbors in Midtown Sacramento.

Best Hotel Award went to Red Hawk Casino + Resort Hotel

Developer: Red Hawk Resort + Casino
General Contractors: Level10 Construction, Avanti Builders

As architects, nothing is as rewarding as seeing a project take shape. This 5-story hotel is 120,000 square feet, comprising 150 guest rooms, including 25 suites and an outdoor terrace with a pool and fitness center. We’re proud of this team’s work to bring the Red Hawk Resort + Casino Hotel to life for our client.

Best Entertainment: Experiential Award – APEX at Red Hawk
