Project teams from our Sacramento and Roseville offices attended the Sacramento Business Journal’s Best Real Estate Projects of the Year 2023 awards yesterday. The event honors the highest-impact real estate projects of the past 12 months and the developers, general contractors, and architects who are playing a critical role in the region’s growth.
We are honored to share that three Williams + Paddon | 19six projects received awards:

The 58 micro-studio units were designed as compact high-qualitative studio spaces efficiently providing a livable 267 SF. It was an honor to design innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable living environments for our neighbors in Midtown Sacramento.

As architects, nothing is as rewarding as seeing a project take shape. We’re proud of this team’s work to bring the Red Hawk Resort + Casino Hotel to life for our client.
