Woodland Research
& Technology Park

Woodland, California

The proposed 350-acre development is envisioned as a new technology hub for the City of Woodland designed primarily for research and technology companies interested in locating near UC Davis and other research and technology institutions within the Sacramento region.

The Woodland Research & Technology Park is proposed as a new type of employment center that also includes a range of housing options and a commercial mixed-use town center focused around an 11-acre linear park. The community is connected through a multi-modal street network and pedestrian and bicycle trail system.

Utilizing the land use plans and development standards established by Mayer Consulting and the City of Woodland, Williams + Paddon worked closely with The Hodgson Company development team to create several conceptual site plans, detailed studies, and a variety of renderings to help bring the community vison to life.
